Where do you deliver to?

We are a young business, with a grand vision.  We will, in time, deliver to all countries of the world, but for today we are staying local and deliver to our home nation the UK.   We know this may be a disappointment, and we don’t like to disappoint, so if you’re not in the UK but like what we have to offer please connect with us on social channels and sign up to our email list to be the first to know when we can deliver to you.

How much does delivery cost?

We like to make it easy, no complicated rates to figure out just a flat rate shipping fee of £3.98 for all orders.

How long does delivery take?

All of our cases are made to order, just for you.  We aim to complete order processing and production within 2-3 days.  

We care about the safety of your order and letting you have visibility of progress, so we ship all orders with tracking as standard.  We will assess the best tracking service for your order at the time, but you can expect delivery to take between 1-3 days.

So assuming no unexpected delays you should have your order made to order just for you in you hands 3-6 days after you hit the buy button, and if we can get it to you sooner then we absolutely will!

Can I get a tracking number?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched. In the rare occasion that the tracking number is missing, drop us an email at support@WASDesigned.com and we’ll send it to you. 

 

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

You should receive a card through your door if no-one is at home to collect your parcel. It will then be sent to your local Post Office. 

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If you haven’t received your order within 8 working days of the date you ordered drop us an email at support@WASDesigned.com and we’ll look into it.

It’s the responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate address details to ensure correct delivery or your order.  We will always do everything we can to get your order to you but we cannot be held responsible if the address provided is incorrect.  Please check the details you enter carefully when you are ordering.

What about deliveries during Christmas time?

This is a very good question.  Demand can be high, and deliveries can slow down.  There are also potential unexpected weather and health issues that can have an impact on all aspects of our business. 

But, we are working closely with our teams to try to meet our delivery commitments as well as monitoring any changes that may affect our ability to meet those commitments.  We will keep you informed of any issues as soon as we are made aware of them.

With that being said it is our recommendation to order earlier rather than later so … what are you waiting for!

What’s the last day that I can order to expect delivery before Christmas?

Santa’s elves stop working and start partying on the 16th December 2021.  Make sure you have your order in before then!
