Hi there! We’re so confident in the quality of our designs and products that we believe you will be 100% satisfied when you receive your WAS Designed original case.  Sadly though, we know that things don’t always go to plan and when this happens, we want you to know that we are committed to fixing any problems as smoothly as possible. 

So, if something isn’t quite right make sure to read our full returns policy here then email us at support@WASDesigned.com with your order number, and a brief description of your request and we’ll get back to you within 2 days to let you know the next steps.

Can I return an order if I am not satisfied?

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your order, but yes we have a 14-day return policy (here) which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return (at support@WASDesigned.com).

Is my order eligible for return?

To be eligible for a return

  • your goods must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, showing no sign of wear and in their original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order and place it in the post within 30 days of you receiving your order.

Original postage costs will not be refunded unless you are returning your order because the items arrived damaged/faulty.

What if my items arrived damaged/faulty?

We’re so sorry that your order arrived damaged or faulty this is not up to our high quality standards. In this situation send photos and a description of the issue, along with your order number to support@WASDesigned.com and we will get back to you with next steps.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it is placed?

As part of our mission to make people happy we have structured our operations with the aim of getting orders to our customers in the fastest possible time. This means that orders are entered into our production cycle as soon as they are placed and cannot be stopped or altered.

You are entitled to cancel any order within 14 days, but we will not be able to stop production or delivery and you will need to arrange to return your order to us following the returns process. 

We recommend making absolutely sure that your order is exactly what you want before pressing that buy button!

How do I make a return?

Simply email us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@WASDesigned.com.  Include your order number and a brief description of your request and we’ll respond with our returns address.

Returns should be posted within 30 days of receiving your order.  Customers are responsible for all costs and risk involved in returning items. Since the items remain your responsibility until they are received by our team we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

How quickly will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll refund on your original payment method automatically.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
